Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted when products are received damaged or faulty. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
 
 

For products received damaged:

1. If your product is received damaged please email a customer care representative via Info@Stackalunch.com sharing your review and refund request.

2. Once approved, we will have a new item sent to you as soon as possible or the products purchase price will be given to you via a prepaid card or code.

 

Same day refund and cancelations:
We offer full refunds minus a 15% restocking fee within the first 6 hours of placing your order. Due to our orders being shipped daily, we are unable to cancel an order after this time has passed.

 

I don't want the product anymore. Can I return it?

We are unable to offer returns for items that are not wanted anymore. Refunds are only available for products that are received damaged.
